This data belongs to you, the Client. We access it only to build, monitor, and maintain the system you have hired us to run. We do not sell or share your customers' phone numbers or message content with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Delivering our Services involves service providers who process data on our behalf, including GoHighLevel (CRM and text message automation), our payment processor Stripe, Google (for calendars, email, and Google Business Profile), and the mobile carriers that deliver text messages. These providers have their own privacy policies, and we share information with them only as needed to provide the Services.
